Returns & Exchange Policy
We are working hard to provide you with the latest fashion at affordable rates with the best quality fabric. We are trying hard to serve your order to your appropriate products and sizes. In case if you received the wrong product or it’s unfit to your size, you can exchange your size of product within 48 hours of delivery.

- To request a exchange*The customer should send an email to us at support@leewan.in. Once the store approves or confirms the request, you must return the package to our store address within 7 days of receiving it. (We must receive the package within 7 days of delivery.)

- Please return the product(s) in the same condition in which they were shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition, or if it is evident that they have been used or washed, an exchange will not be provided.

- We do not provide pickup services for exchange orders. Please arrange for courier delivery to the provided address within 7 days of receiving the order. The store address details are as follows: 20, 1st Floor, Krishna Park Industries, Saniya Ahmed, Saroli, Gujarat 395010.

- If a defective or incorrect product is delivered, the customer must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Customers need to send pictures and videos of the damaged or incorrect products to our email address(support@leewan.in).

- Once a product has been exchanged and delivered, no further actions such as double exchanges or refunds will be applicable to that order.

- You can contact our customer support team for any issues by dropping us a line at support@leewan.in. We will be delighted to assist you. Please note that all queries will be resolved between 11 AM and 7 PM.
Important Note:- We do not offer any refunds. Courier charges will be charged again to re-ship the exchanged order.

*Please make sure to securely pack the items to avoid any loss or damage during transit. Please also ensure that the ORDER ID, registered mobile number, and email ID are clearly mentioned on the packaging. We do not accept damaged or open packages from courier services. All items must be in unused condition, with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
*In the case of wrong order/size issues, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of the return pickup for the old parcel as well as the delivery charge for the exchanged item.
