1. GENERAL INFORMATION

We take great pride in our ability to provide our customers not just with quality products, but also a smooth and enjoyable experience. For this reason, we have clearly outlined our terms and conditions on this page. By placing an order on leewan.in, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions laid out on this page.

LEEWAN ENTERPRISE reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without any prior notice.

2. PLACING ORDERS

First and foremost, we use data encryption on our website to ensure that your personal information is safe and under no circumstances will we ever share it with any third party.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation to the email you have provided in the process of placing an order. Every order MUST have an email address attached to it. If it does not, LEEWAN ENTERPRISE is not liable in the event that we try to reach you, (ie. refund, return, exchange, etc) but are unable to do so due to lack of an email address or a bad email address for that matter. 

When the confirmation email from your order hits your inbox, the binding agreement between you the customer and LEEWAN ENTERPRISE comes into effect.

3.DISCOUNT AND COUPON CODES

Discount vouchers/ coupon codes are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.

4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS 

We only accept order cancellations if your package hasn’t been shipped. Learn more about our order cancellation policy here

5. AGREEMENT

As stated earlier, the agreement between the customer and LEEWAN ENTERPRISE kicks into effect once the order confirmation email has been sent.

LEEWAN ENTERPRISE part of the agreement is to ensure that the customer receives the product that he/she ordered in new condition.

You, the customer, only need to ensure that you’ve provided us with a complete address within India so that we’re able to deliver your product(s).

6. ADDRESS & DELIVERY

LEEWAN ENTERPRISE is responsible for delivery of product(s) to the address that was provided when the order was placed.

If by mistake the incorrect address was provided at the time the order was placed, the customer should contact support@leewan.in and provide the order number along with the correct address immediately.

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Returns will only be accepted in the event that the customer received the incorrect size or product(s), or if the received product(s) was/were damaged in any way.  Learn more about our Returns & Exchanges Or Refunds policy here

This agreement becomes void if the product is in any way damaged during transportation.

LEEWAN ENTERPRISE does not accept exchanges. This means that if you placed an order and received exactly what you ordered, but would like to exchange for a different size/colour/design, you would need to place a separate and new order.

8. CHANGES & AMENDMENTS

LEEWAN ENTERPRISE reserves the right to make any changes to its website without giving any prior notice to its existing customers. This includes, but is not limited to prices, products, discounts, and promotions. 

9. CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

LEEWAN ENTERPRISE agrees to keep all your personal information confidential and we will never share or sell it to a third party under any circumstances.

10. LEGAL INFORMATION

Any information used from leewan.in with the intent to commit fraud will be dealt with to the highest extent of the law. 

All logos, designs, trademarks, text, images, sounds files as well as all other material published at leewan.in is the intellectual property of LEEWAN ENTERPRISE. This means that by law, none of the material from our website can be used without our consent.

As the customer, in the event of a dispute with LEEWAN ENTERPRISE , you agree to first try and settle it by sending us a detailed description of the nature and circumstances of the dispute and your suggested resolution. This includes all pertinent documentation to be attached. All queries should be directed to our support email – support@leewan.in

Arbitration shall proceed solely on an individual basis without the right for any claims to be arbitrated on a class action basis. You hereby waive your right to a class action lawsuit.
